About
Emily Ettlinger is a cartoonist, illustrator, and teacher based in almost-DC, Maryland. She holds a BFA in illustration from the Rhode Island School of Design. Emily loves using art to explore both the silly and the serious (with the scales perpetually tipped towards the former). She works both digitally and traditionally with a focus on ink, gouache, and watercolor. She teaches part-time at a local arts center where the children mock her project examples.
